TARGHEE REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (T.R.P.T.A.) is a legal, governmental entity as established by Idaho Code. It was voted into existence by the voters of Bonneville County in 1994. It is a true public bus service for the general public, seniors, and people with disabilities and is a major provider for wheel chair services.
T.R.P.T.A.’s five acre facility is home to its maintenance and bus garages, administrative offices and new regional public bus terminal.
T.R.P.T.A. added new public parking to accommodate the needs of customers of intercity bus companies leasing space in our bus terminal. Our bus terminal has a spacious lobby and restroom facilities that are ADA accessible. as well as All TRPTA buses .
TRPTA currently serves Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Salmon, Shelley, Driggs and surrounding areas with demand response service and routes in Idaho Falls ONLY. We also have intercity service to Rexburg, Driggs and Salmon.
