Targhee Regional Public Transportation Authority (TRPTA) is seeking written proposals for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to contract for automotive service / repairs / parts and tire service needed to keep TRPTA buses functioning. This Invitation to Bid is for procurement purposes. The award of this solicitation will result in a Fixed Price Contract for the period beginning mid May 2018 through April 2019.
Proposers will provide fleet maintenance services, including labor, parts, and materials necessary for the various classifications, types and makes/models of vehicles which include ADA wheelchair lifts, within TRPTA’s vehicle fleet.
Proposals must be received by mail or delivered to TRPTA, Procurement Specialist, 1810 W. Broadway, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 by Monday, May 7, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. mountain time. Proposals will be publicly opened on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. mountain time. A register of proposals will be prepared and made available upon request beginning May 14, 2018.
The issuances of written addendum will be posted on the TRPTA website and is the only official method whereby interpretations, clarification or additional information shall be given. All official requests for information, interpretation or clarification must be in writing prior to April 23, 2018 and can be mailed to Sherry Jones, TRPTA Procurement Specialist, 1810 W.
